Since I can’t have My Queen calling me a liar, here it is. You know the rules, I have a day off tomorrow so you can expect a quick response from yours truly.

Leave me your name and ….

1. I’ll respond with something I like about you.
2. I’ll tell you what song or movie reminds me of you.
3. I’ll ask you a question.
4. I’ll tell you my first/clearest memory of you.
5. I’ll say something that only makes sense to you and me.
6. I’ll describe our final fight to the death.
7. If I do this for you, you must post this on your journal

How many years is it till the next Harry Potter book? *sigh*

Ack! I haven’t updated in a while…bad me Not much going on around here, life is good. My family is doing well, and the roomates are a hoot as usual. I finally got to see the movie Proof, and enjoyed it thouroughly.

Happy Valentines day to all of you. No matter what happens to you remember that there’s a gal in California who’s thinking about you and hoping that you’re having a great day.

So, what kind of day was this? Well, it was a day… I woke up early and discovered that you can do a bump and grind to Beethoven (and it is hilarious). I caught the bus just in time (instead of waiting for it for 20 mins) I read a couple chapters of Sense and Sensibility on the way to work. I had a bagel for breakfast and took my vitamins. I worked, and made my co-workers laugh. I humored a lonely old lady and talked to her about the amazing curative qualities of pomegranate juice for 10 minutes even though I’m not “supposed” to be on the phone with any one guest that long. I finished a big task that had been dogging me all week long.

Later, I caught the bus home just in time (no waiting yet again), read a few more chapters of S & S, and then I rented the Ang Lee move version of it along with some classic Jim Henson’s The Storyteller, British Comedy, and Bill Hicks stand up (Andy watched some of this with me). Then Andy went to bed and Aaron was visiting with Kahlil. I had some lemonade, and since I was alone retested the Beethoven Bump & Grind idea (is still hilarious). I feel good about life and am listening to Billy Joel.

All of our dreams will come true.

In the middle of the night
I go walking in my sleep
Through the desert of truth
To the river so deep
We all end in the ocean
We all start in the streams
We’re all carried along
By the river of dreams
In the middle of the night
